o Added the adag/job/uses element, which is of type Filename. This
  element lists all lfns that were used in the DV/TR matching process.
  Some filenames derive from the actual arguments of a DV and the
  defaults of formal args. They constitute a super-set of filenames.
  Application may make implicit use of these files, and not list them in
  either argument nor profile.

o Added the StdioType as base type for FilenameType, and adjusted the
  adag/job/std(in|out|err) to avoid Xerces SAX parser errors.
