o Create more attribute groups, as compounds emerge. 

o Added the transformation/call alternative to encapsulate compound
  transformations. Regular transformations may have argument lines
  instead.

  - The call acts like an anonymous DV.
  - A call maps to a transformation.
  - The argument list is within a TR, thus instead of the lfn element
    the use element is allowed.

o Removed some non-essential global elements.
o Added several global groups for reference inside elements, dealing
  with parameters.
o Added and modified globus complex type definitions for a more concise
  schema.
o Made the derivation attributes optional again as fix for the release.
